In 2014 Avgeris sold the Northeast 12 acres to ComEd to develope their state-of-the-art training facility at the corner of 35th and Iron Street. In 2018 Avgeris partnered with Karis Capital LLC to develop the remaining 16.38 acres into a 260,000 square foot build to suit for Amazon's last mile fulfillment center. Avgeris still maintains two acres for future development of commercial or retail use.
